So it's not exactly a "work-out plan", but today I decided to start walking. Managed to go from stockton and post down around ps4 (the far side, by the jasmyn center) and back without stopping. Took me about 40 minutes.

I am...not in the best of shape. If I can keep this up for the rest of the week, I'll start trying to jog the same route next week. I've set my "run-time" at 9:30 a.m.

Every little bit of activity is more than you were doing before. Don't feel bad you're "only walking". I know many people who include walking as a daily part of their lives, and have lost weight and feel much better about themselves because of this little increase of activity in their daily lives.
