Experimental exercise routine  
20 push-ups
20 crunches
15 push-ups
15 crunches

Walk-Jog (Wog? Jalk?) from Stockton to 5-points.

Ran into Tommy, so, rode back to house with him.

To make up for lost walk-time, *tried* to do additional crunches/push-ups.

Managed 5 of each.

Still fat bastard.

I'm going to try to keep this regimen up (until I can do more) every afternoon.

Edit: Felt guilty , decided to walk back down to 5-points and back one more time.Walked down at 9:30, sat and talked with friends, walked back at 11:00.

Hey...start somewhere and you'll get far, even if right now you're discouraged because it doesn't feel like much. Hell, I was reading an article today talking about how to do chair exercise and bed exercise if you're too out of shape to stand up and take a walk. At least you're not THAT bad!
