Ah, triumph  
I just had a visit with my doctor today, and looking at my official weight results, I have lost 20 pounds. ^_^

I have generally only been dieting, but I imagine I'll get much more results when I start working out faithfully instead of sporadically.

I'll try to start logging my workouts. ^_^

Congratulations, dear...I know you've been working hard at making changes in your life. I'm looking forward to seeing what you plan for workouts.

That's great news! Yeah, diet is a huge factor, possibly even more so than the exercise. Of course both are vital but if the diet just isn't right, then the exercise only keeps you from backsliding (still a good thing, but when you don't see any progress of course it gets disheartening).
